Hi, I’m Kelly Leightner —

a certified Hypnotherapist, EFT, Reiki, and NLP Practitioner.

For years, I watched people struggle to change the same habits, thoughts, and emotions — trying to push through with willpower alone.

I saw it most clearly during my time in nursing, where traditional healthcare often focused on treating symptoms instead

of the deeper causes beneath them.

That experience showed me something powerful:

real transformation happens when we work with the mind and body together — not against them.

My Path to Hypnotherapy

My journey into holistic healing began from a desire to help people truly feel better — not just temporarily, but permanently.

After years in healthcare, I became fascinated with the subconscious mind and how it quietly shapes everything we do:

our habits, beliefs, and sense of self-worth.

I trained in:

Clinical Hypnotherapy

– guiding the subconscious toward positive change

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) – a gentle, effective tool to release stress and emotional blocks

Reiki Energy Healing

– restoring inner balance and calm

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) – helping clients shift thought patterns and behaviors for good

Together, these tools help my clients achieve breakthroughs they never thought possible — from quitting smoking and reducing anxiety to building confidence and consistency in daily life.
